The new southern cemetery on Hochäckerstrasse in Munich-Perlach has been in existence since 1977. There is also a Celtic square hill within the 42-hectare cemetery area. There are mostly rectangular areas surrounded by walls and ditches from Celtic times with a cult function. The inside of the protected cultural monument is planted with linden trees.
